Oasis Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that National Company Law Tribunal (?NCLT?/ ?Adjudicating Authority?) pursuant to an order dated May 31 2017 in C.P. (I.B.) No. 27 of 2017 (Jhaveri Trading & Investment Private Limited v/s. Oasis Textiles Limited) has appointed Mr. Umesh H Ved the undersigned as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) under Sec. 13(1)(a) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (?Code?).<BR><BR>As per provisions of Section 13 of the Code the Adjudicating Authority has declared moratorium under Sec. 13(1) (a) of the Code in respect of Oasis Textiles Limited.<BR>
