Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of transaction in the Companys scripts by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed from 1st July 2025 till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025 in terms of the Companys code of prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015. Accordingy all the designated employees other insiders of the Company (including Directors) and their relative have been intimated not to trade in companys share(s) during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
