Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 It is informed that OnMobile Rwanda Telecom Limited Wholly Owned Subsidiary of OnMobile Global Limited (the Company) has been struck off with effect from October 24 2025. The Company received the intimation to this effect on January 19 2026.
