Films Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 12th November 2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ended 30th September 2025.Further to earlier intimation given on 26th September 2025 and as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window shall remain closed for Directors Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from the end of the Half Year till Friday 14th November 2025 i.e. till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration Financial Results at the Board Meeting and shall re-open from Saturday 15th November 2025.
