PAUSHAK LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/02/2024 inter alia to consider and approve The Exchange is hereby informed that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 2nd February 2024 inter-alia to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months period ended on 31st December 2023. Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from 1st January 2024 will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
