Update On Transfer And Assignment Of PfizerS Unexpired Leasehold Rights In The Land Situated At Plot No. 16 Trans Thane Creek Industrial Area Turbhe Thane To Zoetis Pharmaceutical Research Private Limited.

We hereby inform that the Company has received the requisite approval from MIDC on January 31 2025 (Transfer Order). The Company will take steps to complete the transaction by assigning its unexpired leasehold rights in the Land and transferring its ownership rights in the Buildings in favour of Zoetis in accordance with the transfer order issued by MIDC.
