The Board of Directors of Purple Finance Limited at their Meeting held today i.e. Wednesday January 21 2026 have considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by Jogin Raval & Associates Chartered Accountants for the quarter and nine months period ended December 31 2025 which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.
