Please find enclosed herewith a copy of certificate issued by M/s Maashitla Secutiries Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) of the company under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (DP) Regulation 2018 for the quarter ended 31 December 2025.

1. The UnAudited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30 2025 along with the Limited Review Report are approved. 2. We inform the exchange about the change in property purchase plans due to the owners inability to sell the property at MNG Tower Dwarka to Purple Wave Infocom Limited. We will seek alternative properties without changing the Public Issue objectives. The owners email is enclosed. 3. We also notify the exchange of renting a new property in Manesar for manufacturing as approved by the companys MOA so shareholder approval is not needed. We will vacate the current rented property in Manesar and apply for a location change in Haryanas GST.

Purple Wave Infocom Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/12/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Half Year ended September 2025 along with the Limited Review Report and any other business with the permission of the Chair
