QTL/Sec/2024-25/257 dated February 11 2025 regarding notice under Section 13 (8) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 (SARFAESI) we wish to inform that the Company has again received a notice on August 2 2025 under Section 13 (8) of SARFAESI Act 2002 to sell the secured assets of the Company within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice.
