We wish to inform that in terms of Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with the BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Thursday January 01 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31 2025.
