Intimation Of Appointment Of Secretarial Auditor Of The Company.

Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06.08.2025 has approved the appointment of M/s Agarwal S & Associates Company Secretaries (FRN: P2003DE049100) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five years i.e. from the Financial Year 2025-26 to 2029-30 subject to approval of shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
