With reference to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A (1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Royal Orchid Hotels Limited has approved an enabling resolution for sale of its entire shareholding in Multi Hotels Limited its subsidiary company.The Trading Window for buying/selling/dealing/trading in the shares of ROHL will remain closed for Quarterly Financial Results as per the letter dated December 31 2025.The details required under REgulation 30 of the LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-Pod1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 are enclosed as ANNEXURE -A.
