This is to inform that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from January 1 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.The date of Board meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course of time.
