Singhi & Co. Statutory Auditors of the Company are enclosed herewith.The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 2:45 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 4:00 p.m. (IST).The aforesaid information is also being made available on the Companys website at www.rupa.co.in.
