We would like to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regula-tions 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing/trading in securities of the Company by all Directors Promoters and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives including representative of Statutory Auditors of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Closing hours of December 31 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the third quarter of FY 2025-26 and nine months ending on December 31 2025. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter of FY 2025-26 and nine months ending on December 31 2025 will be intimated in due course of time.

This is to inform that the Company had received a communication from BSE Limited levying fine for non-compliance of Regulation 13(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations. The textile and yarn trading activities along with existing construction and real estate business is expected to increase turnover and income.Kindly take the above intimation on record.
