This is to inform that the Company had received a communication from BSE Limited levying fine for non-compliance of Regulation 13(3) of SEBI Listing Regulations. Pursuant Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting held earlier today i.e. Thursday November 20 2025 (commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.30 p.m.) had in line with Main Object Clause of Memorandum of Association approved re-starting Textile and Yarn trading business. The textile and yarn trading activities along with existing construction and real estate business is expected to increase turnover and income.Kindly take the above intimation on record.

This has reference to our yesterdays communication relating to the Outcome of Board Meeting held on 7th November 2025 to approve Unaudited Limited Reviewed Financial Statement for the 2nd quarter of FY 2025-26 and half year ended September 30 2025.There was inadvertent error in the cash flow statement annexed to the financial statement which had figures for the Quarter instead of half year.In view of the foregoing we hereby enclose the complete set of the financial statement along with the revised Cash flow statement.Kindly take the above on record and condone inadvertent error in yesterdays filing.
