Pursuant to the applicable provisions of listing regulations we wish to inform that in terms of Board Authorization dated September 03 2025 read with resolution passed by committee on December 04 2025 the Company has today allotted i) 20000 Secured NCDs of face value of INR 100000 each aggregating to INR 200 Cr. (Series I Issue) and ii) 10000 Secured NCDs of face value of INR 100000 each aggregating to INR 100 Cr. (Series II Issue) on a private placement basis.Refer attached file for more details.
