Pursuant to provision of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the company (the Code) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company by all the designated persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the code shall be closed from Wednesday 1st October 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ending 30th September 2025
