Secur Credentials Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Intimation of Meeting of Board of Directors to be held on February 4 2026 for approveal of Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2024

Outcome of the Board Meeting held on January 12 2026

The Company in its meeting held on August 2 2024 approved the Audited Financial Results and Statement for the quarter and year ended on 31st march 2024 along with Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cashflow statements.

Pursuant to 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with schedule III of the said regulations we inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Saturday 2nd August 2025 inter alia has approved:1. The Audited Financial Results and Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025 respectively together with Auditors Report thereon and affirm their qualified opinion over the results of the Company. 2. Further a copy of the Audited Financial Results Statement of Assets and Liabilities Cash flow Statement along with the Audit Report issued by M/s. S. D. Mehta & Co. Chartered Accountants the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid financial results on the basis of Qualified Opinion herewith.
