In compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to intimate you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday the 10th July 2023 to inter alia - consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on 30th June 2023.2. Please be also advised that in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company is already closed from 1st July 2023 and shall reopen on 13th July 2023.
