Shah, Shah & Shah Chartered Accountants, Auditors of the Company have given their resignation vide letter dated March 31, 2014 for which the Board of Directors Meeting has been scheduled to be held on April 17, 2014 for acceptance of the said resignation and appointment of other Auditors in their place.
