A D V & Associates Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditor of the Company;2. Appointment of Ms. Vidhi Neelkanth Vekaria nee Vidhi Deep Shah as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 07th August 2025.
