Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 30th January 2026 has approved the following:1. Re-appointment of Mr. Gautam D. Shah (DIN: 00397319) as the Managing Director of the Company for a further term of consecutive 3 (three) years w.e.f. 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2029.2. Re-appointment of Mrs. Bela G. Shah (DIN: 01044910) as the Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a further term of consecutive 3 (three) years w.e.f. 7th February 2026 to 6th February 2029.Further the aforementioned re-appointments shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing General meeting of the Company.The details as required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 (as amended) are enclosed as Annexure - A.
