LOD/PREF/PB/249/2025-2026 have granted trading approval for the trading of 75150 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 81/- per share allotted to the promoter on a preferential basis.The approval letter received from the Stock Exchange i.e. BSE Limited is enclosed herewith.
