December 2 2024 and Mumbai Lakhadeep in compliance with General Circular no.20/2020 dtd. May 5 2020 issued by MCA GOI regarding holding AGM through VC/OAVM and (ii) dtd. December 3 2024 regards submission of Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2-23-24.In this context we wish to inform you that in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we have published Notice of the 18th AGM of the members of the Co. on December 4 2024Pursuant to Regulation 47(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations we are enclosing herewith a copy of each of the newspaper advertisement published on Dec. 4 2024 in English language in Business Standard and in Marathi language in Mumbai Lakshdeep wherein Notice of the 18th AGM of the Company have been published.
