SKF India Limited (the Demerged Company or SKF India or Company ) and SKF India (Industrial) Limited (the Resulting Company or SKF Industrial ) and their respective shareholders and creditors ( Scheme ), providing for the demerger of the Company s Industrial Business (as defined in the Scheme), under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.In this regard, we would like to inform that the Company has received Observation Letters dated 28th March 2025 from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, both stating No Adverse Observations . Copies of the respective letters are enclosed herewith as Annexure A and Annexure B.
