Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that M/s Starmangalsutra Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has executed a Partnership Agreement today i.e. on Thursday 11th December 2025 with M/s Shri Rishabh Gold for acquisition of 51% of partnership interest in the said firm.
