Som Distilleries & Breweries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve To consider and approve the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended December 31 2025 as recommended by the Audit Committee which will consider and review the same in its meeting scheduled to be held on the same day; Any other matter with the approval of the Chairperson.Further in accordance with the applicable regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company was closed from 1st day of January 2026 and shall remain closed till the end of business hours on 12th day of February 2026 i.e. 48 hours after the scheduled Board Meeting. The same is being intimated to all the Designated and Connected persons.
