The Company has further acquired 3000000/- (Thirty Lakhs) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 30000000/- (Rupees Three Crores Only) in M/s Sudha Somany Ceramics Private Limited a Subsidiary of the Company by way of rights issue on 28th October 2025.
