SPICEJET LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve (a) issuance of equity shares on preferential basis consequent upon conversion of outstanding liabilities into equity shares of the Company subject to applicable regulatory approvals.(b) raising fresh capital through issue of eligible securities to qualified institutional buyers subject to applicable regulatory approvals.Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons till March 1 2023 (end of the day).
