In continuation to our disclosure dated February 202025 and December 10 2024 regarding the filing of writ petition before the Honble High Court of Delhi against the order of Regional Director Northern Region Ministry of Corporate Affairs Delhi directing a change in the name of the company pursuant to Section 16(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2013 we wish to inform the following-The High Court of Delhi at New Delhi directed the respondent not to give effect to the impugned order till the next date of hearing.
