The company has file writ petition before the Honble High Court of Delhi challenging the Order dated December 3 2024 passed by Regional Director Northern Region Ministry of Corporate Affairs Delhi directing the change in name of the company was listed for hearing on today. The Matter was heard on November 24 2025 and the impugned order has been quashed by the Honble High Court. Accordingly the matter stands disposed off.The order of the copy is not available on the e-portal. The company shall file and submit the same upon its availability.
