Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading it is hereby informed that the closure of Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the company for all Promoter(s) Promoter Group KMPs Designated Persons Insiders and immediate relatives shall commence from 1st January 2026 upto 48 hours after the date of approval of the aforesaid financial results by the Board of Directors of the company.
