We may kindly inform you that as at March 31 2025 as per the latest audited financial statements of the Company (2024-2025) the companys paid up capital is Rs. 9.06 Crores and Net worth is Rs. 4.10 Crores in Negative which are below the threshold limit as prescribed under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI LODR Regulations w.r.t. applicability of the regulations 17 17A 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 24A 25 26 27 to 27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of sub-regulation (2) of regulation 46 and para C D and E of Sch. V of the SEBI LODR Reg. In view of the aforesaid the company claims the aforesaid exemptions and no documents / disclosures are therefore submitted:1) The Annual Secretarial Compliance report as per Regulation 24A; 2) The Disclosure of Related Party Transactions on Consolidated bases as per regulation 23(9)3) Filing of Corporate Governance Report under Regulation 27.This is for your information.
