We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders the Trading Window in respect of dealings in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all Directors Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st January 2026 until 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2025.
