Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI DP Regulations 2018 we are attaching herewith the certificate received from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agents M/s. MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd.

In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations2015 we would like to inform you that Ms. Lakshmi P.S. Company Secretray and Compliance Officer of the Company has vide her letter dated December 312025 resigned from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. close of working hours on Saturday February 282026 due to relocation to a different state. Detailed letter attached herewith.

Pursuant to Code of Fair Disclosure Internal Procedures and Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by DPs the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed w.e.f January 012026 until the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 312025.
