To Consider proposal for raising funds by way of issue of securities to one or more persons on a preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 and the Companies Act 2013 as amended subject to the approval of the Members of the Company
