This is to inform that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons of Subhash Silk Mills Limited (the Company) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for purpose of trading in shares of Company by its Designated Persons & their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Tuesday April 1 2025 till 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the Company for the Quarter and year ending March 31 2025.Further pursuant to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19 2023 the PAN of designated persons of the Company has been freezed by NSDL(Designated Depository) for trading in securities of Company during the said period.
