That as per the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and any other applicable regulations if any as amended from time to time the Trading window for dealing in securities of Surya India Limited will remain closed for Designated Persons and persons having access to the Unpublished Price Sensitive Information from Thursday 01st day of January 2026 up to the conclusion of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025. The Board of Directors of Surya India Limited in its meeting held on 16th day of December 2025 based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration committee has approved the appointment of Mr. Navneet Kumar Mishra (Membershio No. 78499) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company which is in accordance with the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015(Listing Regulations) as amended from time to time. Further in compliance of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations and SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 2024.
