Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (herein after referred to as the Listing Regulations) as amended from time to time read with Part A of Schedule III of the said Listing Regulations this is to inform you that Ms. Pooja (M.No.:A67011) Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Surya India Limited (the Company) has tendered her resignation vide letter dated 09.09.2025 effective from the close of the business hours of 16.09.2025. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary she will cease to be the Compliance Officer of the Company from close of business hours of 16.09.2025. Her successor shall be appointed in the Company shortly and Mrs. Preeti Agarwal Managing Director of the Company will be the Compliance Officer for the interim period i.e. after the close of business hours of 16.09.2025 and untill new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer is appointed.
