The Board of Directors at its Board Meeting held on 12th February 2024 has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 20/- per Equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each. The record date fixed for the purpose of determining entitlement of the Members for the Interim Dividend is 24th February 2024 and such dividend will be paid on or before 11th March 2024 to those Members entitled thereto.
