This is in reference to the above mentioned SEBI Circular in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) we hereby confirm that TARMAT LIMITED is not falling under Large Corporate category as on 31st March 2025 as per the framework provided in the said circular.
