This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Tuesday 1st July 2025 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the meeting of Board of Directors to be held for the purpose of considering the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. The date of the Board Meeting to be convened for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
