Tashi India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025.Further in accordance with our previous communication dated June 28 2025 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in shares/securities of the Company by the Designated /Connected Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed w.e.f. July 01 2025 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Results.
