Based on Recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration committee the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 02nd February 2026 has appointed Mr. Uday Kuverji Mota as Managing Director of the Company for five consecutive years effective from February 02 2026 subject to the approval of Members in the General Meeting.
