We had informed that Timken India Limited (the Company) had entered into an Agreement to acquire 26.1% equity shares of Sunstreamgreen Energy C&I Three Private Limited (Target Company) to purchase power under Group Captive Scheme and this transaction would be completed on or before December 2025.It may please be noted that above transaction is likely to be completed on or before March 2026.
