Approval of unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2025.2. Approval of Draft of Notice of Annual General Meeting Directors Report and fixed day date time and Book Closure Date of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2024-25.3. Noting of resignation of the Statutory Auditors M/s. Shubham Gupta & Co Chartered Accountants (FRN 007234C) effective from the closing of business hours of the Board meeting held today i.e.; August 14 2025.Details as required as per SEBI circular no.
