With reference to the subject matter Trade Wings Limited (the Company) is enclosing herewith Corrigendum to the Annual Report including the Notice of 75th Annual General Meeting(AGM) of the Members of the Company scheduled to be held on Wednesday 24th September2025 at 10:30 AM at the registered office of the company. The Company had originally dispatched the Notice of the AGM and Annual Report to the shareholders on 28th August 2025. The Company through this Corrigendum wishes to bring to the notice of the members/stakeholders certain amendments in Resolution no.6 its explanatory statement and Annexure V of the Directors report.
