Please be informed that Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 15th meeting of Committee of Creditors of the company will be held on Friday 30 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31 2025. In continuation of our earlier intimation regarding the closure of the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company has already been closed for all the companys directors/officers and designated employees of the Company from 1st day of January 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on December 31 2025.Kindly acknowledge receipt of the same and take it on record
