Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) we hereby inform you that Mr. Pradeep Srivastava the erstwhile Director of the Companys wholly owned subsidiary at United Kingdom (UK) viz. Uflex Europe Limited is found to have committed fraud while being associated with the said subsidiary.
