Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations this is to inform you that Directors at its meeting held today approved the proposal to enter into Joint Venture Agreement with Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Company Limited Kingdon of Saudi Arabia (YBAK) for the formation of Joint Venture Company in Saudi Arabia.
